Throughout the country, we’ve seen a woman’s right to choose increasingly under attack, from state legislatures to the Supreme Court. I have always been committed to the fight for reproductive freedom in Illinois and I’m proud of what we’ve done to make our state the most pro-choice in the country, but our work doesn’t end there – because your right to choose should not depend on your zip code.

That’s why in 2023, I was honored to be asked to serve as the Treasurer of Think Big America, an organization founded by Governor JB Pritzker to help pass pro-choice ballot measures in states across the country, after my years of working on issues related to reproductive healthcare in the General Assembly and doing women’s outreach on the Governor’s campaign.
